Inspection Equipment

Autoy Limited’s inspection department carries out "in process" as well as final inspections, utilising fully calibrated measuring equipment to ensure that we always produce components that meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers. We offer Statistical Analysis/Statistical Process Control (SPC) of measurements for our customers, if required.

Our fully complimentary Inspection Facilities include:

• A TESA 3D Co-ordinate Measuring Machine with a 500 mm X 500 mm X 400 mm working envelope



• A 3D Trimos – Height Gauge featuring a TFT Touch Screen for measuring of heights, depths, diameters and centerline distances, checking of squareness deviation and angles with tolerance limits indication.



• State of the art Digital Bore and External Micrometers
